Attention Autumn Adventurers…Fall is here!
The leaves are starting to change and the air is cool and crisp here in the Western White Mountains. Now is the perfect time to make your vacation plans in Lincoln- Woodstock, your basecamp for fall fun.
New this year is the Harvest Time Express at the Hobo Railroad. Enjoy samplings of NH made products on a fall foliage train ride, visit the Hobo Farm Stand, and explore the “Cornstalk Critters” with scenes from the silver screen. Take some time to stop at Clark’s Trading Post and create new fall family traditions by taking in a bear show, getting spooked by the Wolfman on the White Mountain Central Railroad, and exploring one of the many museums on site. Before you head home, make sure you take a nice foliage drive to Windy Ridge Orchard and pick your own apples, walk their nature trails, visit with the farm animals, and sample some of their locally made wines. Check out the Foliage Tracker before you make the journey, and don’t forget to bring your camera!
