Weekly Email Newsletter

In addition to the periodic emails announcing our special events and activities, the Lincoln Woodstock Chamber of Commerce will be sending out a regular, weekly email to its database of past, present, and future visitors to our area.

This "White Mountain Weekly" email blast is intended to keep us in touch with our customers and keep them thinking about their next visit (CRM). The email will have a user-friendly navigational element and an editorial/informational element. This email is intended to drive traffic to the chamber's website, and that of its members.

An Opportunity Presents Itself...

Every week, the email blast will have a "Featured Member"...that sponsors the email as a means of advertising their business. Our opt-in database of newsletter subscribers have asked for this information, and now...you can give it to them.

How many people receive this email?

As of November, 2008, there are approximately 2500 opt-in subscribers that receive the weekly newsletter, all of whom have expressed interest in visiting the Lincoln Woodstock area.

How much space do I get to advertise if I am the sponsor of the email?

Your advertisement will be front and center on the email and will have a maximum size of 520px wide by 560px long.

How often can I sponsor the weekly email?

From the recipients' perspective, it is best that the email presents a diversity of special offers from our members. For that reason, we will limit the sponsorhip opportunity to once per season (4 times per year).

What day does the weekly email get sent out?

As the featured sponsor, you will have your choice of Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. You may have a preference; you may not.

How much does it cost to be the featured article in the email?

Your sponsorship includes top billing, with no competetive offers on the email for ONLY $199.00 per week
