Also just to the north and east are Mount Washington with the famous Cog Railway, the Mount Washington Valley, and other popular summer attractions such as Story Land, Heritage New Hampshire, Santa’s Village and Six Gun City. Lincoln Woodstock is your centrally located base to explore all the best the Granite State has to offer.
South of Lincoln are Waterville Valley and the Lakes Region. As you travel south, the mountains give way to the Lakes Region. Day trips to Squam Lake, the location for the movie “On Golden Pond” or Lake Winnipesaukee are always enjoyable.
Follow the sunset west to the Connecticut River valley. This part of New Hampshire
to the Vermont border holds pockets full of small town heritage that will take
you back to simpler times. This trip is perfect for leaf-peeping and antique hunting.
We are host to many unique family attractions and natural beauty. We have several recommendations of "must do's". Whatever direction you choose to take, the Lincoln Woodstock area invites your exploration. Be sure to plan enough time to discover this unique part of New Hampshire.
